Reopen last windows after restart?

Hi there!
Is there any way to reopen all windows with tabs after restart? I often use more than one window with many tabs (dual display setup) but only one last window reopens and I don't see option to reopen last windows.

There must be a setting with such parameters as "reopen active window" and "reopen all" or only one single line with a tick-box as to "reopen only active window". I guess. In some other browsers there is.
If there isn't, try some extension for sessions - they are usually capable of saving, keeping and reopening whatever you like them to.

I'm not sure but i don't think so. AFAIK Opera will remember the last active window.
