IMAP mail.google.com non-stop dowloading emails

Hello ,

I recently have fresh installed M2 & having it to download my Gmail ( IMAP )

I noticed that it stops downloading email & I also have seen the "MOST RECENT MAIL" have been downloaded in the M2 and I guessed retrieved all my emails from gmail.com successfully.

But I noticed that on few occasions it sudden making some download a few times in previous 2 - 3 days.

Why is that ? How to solve this ?

My gmail mails was since may be 2009......

I remember have seen such issue back in the time when I was a M2 user.

I guess it happens because Gmail limits the amount of data that can be downloaded in a certain time interval,so if you have a large number of emails then it may be downloaded in parts.
