How do I get Opera to quit making new speed dial screens (as found under the heart icon). I spent most of an afternoon organizing folders and sites, only to have Opera open to one started earlier. I found that I had multiple speed dial screens, spent time moving everything around and still it opens to a different screen. How do I get my preferred screen (that I worked on and named Preferred) to be the default?

When you open the bookmarks manager, where is the 'preferred' item that you created listed?

You mean the SD image? There is no way to avoid its creation.

What do you mean? So you are saying that you have organized your Speed Dial in some order and suddenly it has changed to a different order?
I found that I had multiple speed dial screens
What do you call 'multiple speed dial screens'?
