Is there anyway with opera 38.00.2220.41 to retreive menu tool bar on top on the browser ?

I as well am looking for tool bars- Trying to get to where I can get the tool bar that shows File Edit View Bookmarks Tools Help installed. All seems ok except for this.Also every time I go to a page the zoom go's to 100 I perfer 125-150 It seems to make me zoom to this size I want on each page I open-Tiring!

If you set the default zoom level to what you want in the website settings, it should "stick".
You can set exceptions to this setting if it causes problems on any sites.
There's nothing to do about the toolbar I'm afraid, it doesn't exist in any Chromium-based browsers as far as I know except Vivaldi.

Still in mourning for Opera 12.........
