Opera removes extensions on its own

Hi ! I recently switched to Opera as my main web browser, and I'm having an issue on my desktop computer ( on my laptop I think everything's fine ) ; when I close Opera and start it again, most of the time all my extensions are removed. If I installed a theme, it'll be removed as well. Bookmarks are kept. I googled that problem but I only found a few users experiencing the the same bug and reinstalling Opera solved it for them, which it did not for me.
I'm running Windows 10.

Thanks ! I installed Opera in the Program Files folder instead of in the Program Files x86 folder, but I think the standalone installation did the trick

The point is that a standalone installation puts the profile folder under the installation folder instead of using
%appdata%
.So if the problem is not happening in a standalone installation it probably means that Opera isn't being able to write in %appdata%.
