Opera opens in MSN rather than Speed Dial page

Does anyone know how to make Opera a. stop opening in MSN (which I dislike and haven't even selected anywhere in options), and b. make it open with the Speed Dial page (which I do like!), please? I have Windows 10.

It happens only when you start Opera or it happens when you open a new tab?

If the first, check in settings if MSN isn't set as default start page by chance.
