"lock" feature doesn't work properly

if i lock page (or better said card) it does't stay locked after restarting browser, why? in other browsers it stays until unlocking

Probably not many users want and/or care enough about it.

So im wondering why this feature eben exists... It's absolutely useless in this state

Probably it was implemented as something to be used in a session basis because people would pin different tabs on each session.

Anyway, it used to be possible to keep pinned tabs if 'continue from last time' was enabled.
