Login in other forums not successful

I cannot login in a phpBB forum. The issue is that I get a notice "Login sucessful" but after a second I am redirected to login page.

The other is a news site. I log in but displayed page is like I am not logged in.
(I am migrating from Firefox)

Are these logins at https sites? If so, there may be some kind of problems with certificate/encryption negotiations between browser and server.

No, they are not.
I erased all cookies again and this time all went good!
