Unable to start chat - white window

on page http://support.sonymobile.com/global-en/contactUs/ if you wanna create a life chat, you can create it but when you wanna start it there just white window shows up... could you pls fix it. testing on explorere and firefox and everything works fine... just opera lacks...

Have you tried with adblocker disabled? Also, do you use any extensions?

Yes, tried in safe mode with banned extensions
