Opera window froze at the bottom of the task bar.

I have already uninstalled it, restarted,shut down, everything possible I know of and it still will not open up. It just stays there at the bottom of the task bar. I can hover the mouse over it and see the window, but that is it. It will not at all open no matter what I do. Like I said, I tried uninstalling it, restarted the computer, and then downloaded it again, still the same problem. Anyone else have this issue? Is there something I might of clicked that stuck it there?

What OS and version of Opera?

I can't get the version to display since I can't open up it up, but it is the latest version for the desktop on Windows.

You can check on Windows Explorer, there should be a folder with the version number in Opera's installation folder.

What happens if you use a standalone installation?

BTW, what Windows?
