What the hell happened to Opera???

I used to love Opera. It was just great. It had all the customizations that Chrome lacked and it wasn't as slow and as buggy as shit as Firefox was. I loved the "tab stack" feature, that was one of the best tab management layouts I've ever seen. But about 3 years ago or so, Opera started removing many of these features. I found it very puzzling why they would do this as those features were what drew people to it. Now fast forward to today, and Opera is a stinking pile of horse manure. I can't even reorder the positions of the extensions in the extension bar, they just go in in the order that they were installed and then there's no way to reorder. Get more that 5 or 6 extensions and they fall into a drop down context menu. The whole point of having an Add-on bar in the first place is for easy access. If I can't move the addons I use most frequently to the front of the list, without uninstalling all my addons and reinstalling them in the order I want them.....good lord, what type of shitty/lazy programming is THAT?
Hell, I can't even find any sort of customer support anymore, no email addresses, no support chat, just the physical address and a couple phone numbers to their offices and under that it says "Product support is not available via telephone in any of the offices".....what, do i have to write a letter or something??? What is this, the fucking stone age???
I have a big business meeting coming up with my partners and several clients and on the top of the discussion will be whether to continue using Opera and Chrome as our official browsers or to go another direction. As of now, Opera is almost definitely out.
