2 problems with Opera developer

Hi,
i have Opera developer 39.0.2234.0 version and I would like to have "Vpn & Power saver mode" always on without my personal hand attivation every time that i open a new web page.
Is it possible?

I have another problem: my password don't never save. I have downloaded twice Opera developer but this function is off.
What can I do?

In settings there's an option to always show the power saving button.

Password don't work on any site and the option is enabled in settings.

I would like to have Vpn & Battery power mode always on. Every time that I open a new web page i must click the attivation button for Vpn & Battery power mode.
It's so boring...

Not possible ATM as it seems.

Password don't work on any site and the option is enabled in settings.

That's strange. What happens in a clean standalone installation?
