Change tabs with keyboard shortcuts without pass through 'tab menu'

When I wanna change tabs: (Ctrl + tab) or (Ctrl + Shift + tab), I always have to pass through the 'tab menu', is there any way to change without open that menu.

Do you have "Advanced keyboard shortcuts" enabled?

Opera has other methods of changing tabs; if advanced shortcuts are enabled then keys 1 and 2 will switch to the next tab left or right without showing the "tab cycler" as they call it.
