How can I find out which Opera version I have and if this is the one with built-in VPN?

On the Top left of your Opera browser, click Menu, see the bottom, click "About Opera" where you will see the version etc...

The VPN seem it not built-in Windows version, you have to install the extension call "TotalVPN" this is the Opera community extension.

The VPN is in the Developer build, but is also disabled by default - you will have to enable it first.
