I use Opera in a business environment where the employees cannot save passwords, as different people use them everyday. Is there any way I can remove the "save password" feature and not allow anyone to turn it back on?

You can uncheck the option to offer to save passwords but you can not prevent people from turning it on again.

I searched through the add-on page and couldn't find anything that would help with this. Firefox has multiple methods to do this. Chrome doesn't offer this option either. I just need a backup browser to Firefox with the same capabilities.

...Yes, I know where the setting you're talking about is.

I am talking about getting the functionality I am looking for. For example, in Firefox there is an add-on called DoNotSavePasswords, and several others, that force Firefox to never save a password, and the end user can't disable it. Is this impossible with Opera?

In searching, I found a post on using a master preferences file for chrome to disable password saving. http://superuser.com/questions/773614/where-can-i-find-a-full-list-of-chromes-master-preferences.

Searching in that direction may help.

It might work for Opera. But, it might be best to test it with Chrome first just to see if you can get it working.
