Daily Used Site Being Blocked by Opera, Safari, Chrome and Not Malware or Trojan

I switched to Opera because I was having trouble the past week with two sites I use daily as a content writer and for some reason they are randomly being blocked with "This Site Can't Be Reached". It was only affecting the sites I use to make money from home. So, thinking it was Chrome I tried Safari. Same issue. So I tried Opera and for awhile things went fine and now the same issue. What's weird though is that it's only affecting one site. There is no issue with Malware and Trojans and other websites seem to load fine through Opera (unlike Google Chrome that would only let me view my email and log in to Facebook). I have deadlines that must be met or I get penalized and I don't understand what's causing this. My husband's computer works fine so it can't be an internet connectivity issue either. Opera is telling me to check my internet proxy and firewall yet all these other sites load fine, even my other website I use for working from home. Anyone have issues like this too?
