Exist a way (an extension or other) to download Android Apps on PC using Opera ?

I mean only download and store, no more

From where? If there is a direct link to a file, Opera doesn't care about the file type. But if there is a link to Google Play, then you'd have to convince Google to give you a link.

If I've understand correctly for Mozilla and Chrome there is a specific plugin to download from Google Play (but I don't know more)
