cannot repair or remove corrupt files

I have been unable to download updates to any of my software files. I did a command prompt sfc /scannow and received this message: “Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them. Details are included in the CBS.Log %WinDir%\Logs\CBS\CBS.log.” I then did a findstr /c:"[SR]" %windir%\Logs\CBS\CBS.log >"%userprofile%\Desktop\sfcdetails.txt"
The following messages were the only that showed up as corrupt. I uninstalled Opera using Revo Uninstaller some time ago. I then did a regedit and removed the remaining Opera files.
Any idea how to resolve this problem so I can update my software?
Thank you for your time,

Run the following in an administrative command prompt -
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
That will usually sort things out.
It may take some time!

Davehawley,
I received Error: 87
The restorehealth option is not recognized in this context.
I TRIED SENDING THE DISM LOG BUT I RECEIVED A MESSAGE FROM OPERA THAT THE LOG IS 19230 CHARACTERS TOO LONG.

sgunhouse,
I thought I sent you a reply. Don't know what happened.
Yes there seems to be a file missing. I have 64 bit installed but had 32 bit for several years. Could these be missing from the old 32 bit which I don't believe exists. So what do I do.
Continued thanks for your help
