[Solved]Can't install Opera: "No network connection"

  • Hi. I can't install your browser on my mac. It keeps telling me I'm not connected to the internet while I clearly am. I tried to download the installer 2 or 3 times since yesterday and it keeps telling me that. Please help.

  • Did you try using the offline package? You obviously downloaded the network installer but something - probably a firewall - is preventing it from downloading the actual program. There's a link just below the green button to download the full installer; that should solve this problem. Mind you, once Opera is installed properly you may have to authorize that in the firewall, but maybe it'll be okay.
