New installation of Opera cannot play stream

I had to restore my system 2 days ago, so reinstalled Opera. (Fortunately saved my bookmarks). New version 36.0.2130.74. Win 10, 10240. Several streaming music sites: http://www.veniceclassicradio.eu/player/index.html, http://www.wgbh.org/audioPlayers/995wcrb.cfm, Refuse to play. However, YouTube comes through fine. Error comment from WCRB: "The video could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported." Venice classic radio presents a background screen but no images and is silent. Works fine in Zoom player, so I know there's nothing wrong at their end.

Do you have latest ppapi Flash installed? What are your settings for plugins in Opera?

Right. Installed, worked. Thanks for the reminder.
OK, why doesn't Opera come with it?
