Blank Settings Page

Hi there,
I've searched around and can't find a solution.

I've got a blank settings page. Buttons and ticks work but for the life of me I can't get the text to show.
Is it a font problem?

It might be.
Have you ever installed, by chance, some "Blank" font or something? There've been issues and threads about some such thing...

No, why would I install a blank font? Can't even fathom a reason.
