Is SpeedDial supposed to sync to iOS?

I've signed in on both OS X Opera Developer and iOS Opera mini. Mini lets we open tabs on other devices, but it does not seem to update SpeedDial. The changes I made in OS X are not being reflected in iOS. Should this work? Should the SpeedDial's sync, or is this not implemented?

Should this work?

It's working as it was designed to. You need to check "other speed dials" to see Speed Dials from other devices.

Thank you. Where does the user find other Speed Dials? I can find no mention of it in Help.
