Where is preferences

I looked everywhere drop down menu settings all that but I can't find the preferences option and I really need to go in there help me

Please no spam telling me to try this browser or that browser I need a answear to the specific question I asked

Opera menu > Settings. Its about 3/5th of the way down the list. Or Alt + P on the keyboard.

Preferences was the name in Opera 12.x and earlier, in current versions it is Settings. What are you looking for?
