Flickering Video on Facebook and Youtube (38.0.2205.0)

The latest Opera Developer has this annoying error after ad-blocker added to Opera. I thought it was fixed after Vpn Feature releashed but nothing changed. The flickering not always happen, but when it does, the flickering cant be stopped even i reopen the tab.

Any examples? I don't remember have seen such problem here.
