Malware Infection: Click to continue By Advertise

Greetings,
My beloved Opera is infected by Click to continue > By Advertise.
Malwarebytes and Spybot Search and Destroy and reboots/restarts have failed to solve the problem.
Does anyone have any advice for me please? Happy to post a screenshot.
I've also used a program called Analyze This! or something along those lines where regular malware programs failed but that would be a last resort...
Cheers,
Steve

Sounds like something one of those open networks would do ... Some network providers have been known to insert ads in websites, so it may not be in your computer but in your networking. If it is in your networking then using a proxy like Opera Turbo should bypass it, but some website features may not work with Turbo - I'm only suggesting it for diagnostic purposes here.

If you haven't already checked, also make sure Advertise (or an unknown name) hasn't installed itself as an extension in Opera. Adware cleaners don't always remove installed adware extensions since they're part of the browser extension suite, rather than installed into the OS per se.
Also, check the shortcut icon used to start Opera and make sure there's not an Advertise URL appended to the Opera starting command (right-click the Opera icon > Properties > Look at the command in the "Target" box and delete any Advertise URL at the end of that command > OK).

Thanks @blackbird71.
It was AS (Acestream) Player extension, that once disabled, prevented the click to continue malware from running.
Many thanks to all who commented!
