I changed my phone and install latest stable version for android but password and speed dial not sync.
Bookmarks sync withouth problem.
Someone has an idea how to fix this problem?

And one more question, how to move saved sites for offline reading to my new device

Afaik, passwords are not synced on Android or any mobile version of Opera.
