Delete dead bookmark links

Does anyone know the best way to delete dead bookmark links in Opera 36? I have a huge bookmark database that I've collected over the past 20 years, full of dead links. I don't want to cull them manually. Can this be done somehow. AM-Deadlink doesn't recognize the current Opera bookmark database format.

This is one of the main problems with bookmarks since they were created and one of the reasons for me to think that bookmarks shoule be replaced or, at least, remodelated.
I don't want to cull them manually.
Unless you can find an extension that does it, i'm afraid you will have to do it by hand.
