How to create new or edit old theme in Opera 36?

Any way I can create a new or edit my old theme in Opera 36?
I can't find edit/new theme button anywhere..

You can change your theme in Menu > Themes or by opening Start Page's settings panel.

Thank you! I have done this in the past but had forgotten. I have been clicking on Speed dial settings and browser settings trying to work out how to do this. So easy when you know how!
