Pin Opera tab to taskbar

Is it possible to pin a specific Opera tab to the Windows 10 taskbar?
TweetDeck is closing it's separate app soon and I want a quick, easy, single click way to launch it in Opera, separate to the window I am currently working in.
I know this can be done in Chrome - Twitter are giving instructions on that, but I want to do the same with Opera.
Here's the link for doing it in Chrome

You can pin a weblink to the taskbar though. As long as Opera is the default program for opening weblinks it will have a similar effect.

Right click on your Desktop in Windows. Click 'New' and then click 'Shortcut'. In the dialog that pops up put in the full URL of the website you want to make a link of. Click Next. Name the shortcut. Click Finish. Drag the new link to your taskbar an release it. I'm using Windows 10 and this is what happens for me: if I right click the Opera icon I have pinned to the taskbar it will show a list of actions I can perform (New Window, New Tab, etc) but at the top of the list is all the Opera tabs I have pinned. This puts any one of those tabs 2 clicks away. If you are using a different version of Windows YMMV.
