Ok I get it - you need to do security fixes......
BUT WHY THE FUCK DO YOU HAVE TO RESET EVERYTHING TO TAKE AWAY MY WORKSPACE??????????????????????
I do not enjoy having to stop work and spend hours searching for all the information to give me back those tools I use to work with.
Maybe it is cleaner and suitable for the brain dead morons who need everything decided for them, but only a TOTAL IDIOT would include me in that description.
I can only assume that you have no idea what is required in the real world otherwise you would Ensure that All Updates Retain Each Users Settings.If this continues I will switch to Tor...

Always refreshing to see some so 'casual' about something.....But, as an old sailor, are we at sea? Salty....
On to the good news. WHY bother with the security updates in the first place. Something like 96% of them apply to I.E. The remainder I ignore 'cuz I run the computer in a sandbox; nothing {yet} has gotten out of that sandbox to do it's vicious job.
I run WIN7 / Sandboxie / Opera, and have run update free for some time, totally happy....
Whaddaya got to lose?
