How To Get "Site Preferences" in opera 20?

I'm using opera 20, and I wanted to access "site preferences", but it's gone. Where is it? It was there when you right clicked it before, but the latest version seems to have tons of stuff moved!

What kind of site preferences?
You can control cookies, pop-ups, plug-ins, images, JS, etc, all by editing the exceptions lists in Opera main Settings.

I was going to enable Google Instant, but it is already enabled in Opera 20
