Question about themes and customizing opera.

Hello,
am I correct in saying that themes are just background images for opera?
Also, is there anyway of changing the color of the top bar of opera? Mine is currently just off-white/gray, and the latest update changed the opera icon on the top left to black and white. It all looks quite dreary and just reminds of win 95/98

Yes.

Not sure if this is what you want but there's an option to use system color in settings.

Turned it on, nothing changed. Still grey and a black&white logo. Looks terrible.
Changed my W10 theme, nothing...still boring grey.

have you enable it in win settings?
