Youtube does not play HQ

Opera always play videos in LQ even with higher-end tablet with better Wi-fi speed. I don't see the option to enable HQ/HD on youtube. My screen resolution is 1024x553

I don't like Youtube app because it can only play video up to 360p which looks crappy, and i can't even read the text.

How can i enable HQ/HD on Youtube?

Here i see a HQ button on the left bottom of the video that i can tap on to enable HQ video.

I see but the quality still low even the video is 1080p

Well, I'm not sure if HQ would be the same as HD.

that's youtube issue because they removed 480p for no damn reason. i really hate new year

Same problem here only on Opera for Linux.

I don't think that all versions of YouTube app may have this problem. This issue started in September also in regard with Opera Max inability to save data checking YouTube app streaming flux. Usually when debug menu is enabled and the bandwidth field is empty that means problems.
