Speed Dial and Extension Deleted every time I restart

This problem started yesterday.

Every time I restart my computer, all my Speed Dials and Extensions (and also my theme) get wiped.
I can still find my wiped Speed Dials in Bookmarks > Other Speed Dials > LENOVO-PC, but they simply don't appear on the speed dial when I open a new tab.

I have also tried reinstalling Opera but things still got wiped every restart. Please Help.

Version of Opera and Windows? Do you use any of those data cleaner software that may be deleting your settings?

If you add a Speed Dial, you will see it under Other Speed Dials after have restarted your computer?

What about other settings? They are kept?
