Copy of bookmarks ... in Opera?

I can not quite what is Xmarks Firefox. I now use Opera and would like to receive a copy of bookmarks ETC. I find the extensions Linkman Lite, but did not get it to work. When I search on the web, it pops up Linkman Pro. I do not know whether it pays to install Linkman Pro? What do you think, do you have another suggestion?

V7 Bookmarks allows you to export Opera's bookmarks as HTML.

I downloaded https://addons.opera.com/en/extensions/details/v7-bookmarks/ and got it up in the sidebar. But I'm not sure how to synchronize bookmarks and if necessary, restore them.

V7 Does not synchronize bookmarks. It only displays the bookmarks you have in Opera already.
Are you saying you wish to import bookmarks to Opera?

But I'm not sure how to synchronize bookmarks
You can use Sync for this.
and if necessary, restore them.
To restore, you first need a backup of the Bookmarks file. Then, if needed, you just place the copy at Opera's profile folder to have your bookmarks back.

I have previously used Firefox and extension Xmarks in Firefox that backed up and synced bookmarks. I'm looking for the same function / expansion in Opera ??

Oh, its called Opera Sync. It is built in, no extension necessary. The icon is in the upper right of the Opera Window.

Yes, I go to Settings and Browser and then Sync. It comes up: Advanced Configuration. But here's the question about Encryption Option password, which I do not understand? Nor when I press the Reset, something happens? It comes up a page when acting funny.
