      Hi!

      I recently switched form 12.18 to 35 (35.0.2066.82).
Minor inconveniences aside, I'm pretty happy. Except for the sound.

Is there a way to enable upmixing from stereo to 5.1?

I mean, if I open a youtube video in 12.18 audio plays from all speakers and sw, and if I open it in 35 I can hear only frontal speakers.

IIRC there is a command line switch that will do this in all Chromium based browsers. If you look up what it is for Chrome it should work in Opera. It might be easier to do it from your sound card controls though.

          Thanks for replying!

I've tried using those command lines with loader:

          --force-wave-audio instead
          --try-supported-channel-layouts
          --disable-audio-output-resampler

          No dice 😞

It might be easier to do it from your sound card controls though.

          Speaker Fill is on.

It's an issue we've seen before - it's to do with the Flash plugin, not Opera itself. Unfortunately Opera 35 is based on Chromium and no longer supports the npapi plugins that Opera 12 uses.
