In Older Opera if 60*60*1000 = 1 hour so thar 60*60*100 = 1 minute ?

so that formula of 1 min is ? 6060 ?

so that formula of 30 second is ? 6060 ?

so that if I say Delay , 20 , which is how many seconds ?

Delay is in milliseconds, a delay of 1000 is a second. Hence 60 seconds is 60000 while 60 minutes is 3600000.
