Folder when saving images

Hallo,
recently I switched from Firefox to Opera. It's a fine browser so far but there is one issue I'm not satisfied with:
Firefox had an intelligent algorithm to preset the folder when downloading an image: It used that folder where I saved an image last from the same website. Obviously Opera doesn't do things in the same way. Is there a way to improve this, e. g. by an extension?
