          sorry to ask again,,,,,,,,,,

I am unable to locate in " Opera:config " this file.

I want to fix it to something like : C:/GoogleDrive/search.ini

So that I can set all my computers using the same set of search engine.

Problem is, I couldn't find it from the opera:config

          Thanks
          Edmond

The file is in Opera's profile folder. I am not sure if there is any reference on it in opera:config.

                Hi stng, Thanks !!!

Please advise again from opera:config ., which item is controlling the 'search.ini'.

Like, I can use opera:config / menu item / to assign my custom standard_menu.ini location.

I want to assign search.ini to a specific location from opera:config.

I just cannot find with-in Opera:config where to control search.ini location.

I want to put search.ini in my googledrive location so that I am able to sync across all my computers.

                Thank you very much.
                Edmond.

Afaik you can't change that file location, you would need to change the entire profile folder location.

Try to use symbolic links for the search.ini file (search.ini in your Opera's profile folder should be linked with a sync folder of the cloud service (e.g. google drive). Google "How to Sync Any Folder to the Cloud With Symbolic Links".
