Can't access menu or reopen open tabs

For some reason I am unable to open the menu in Opera or any of the tabs that are showing except the one I am on. I can close tabs down and then reopen them from speed dial... but I don't really want to do that! Have installed latest version of Opera but it makes no difference.

Keyboard doesn't work either? Normally tapping the Alt key should display the menu, while 1 and 2 will switch tabs.
