How use and install Opera patch file

Hello. I want to upgrade Opera browser to version 35 avoiding to download the whole setup file using only the patch file I find on Opera servers http://ftp.opera.com/pub/opera/desktop/35.0.2066.37/win/patch/
I saved and run it on the desktop but the patch file content is only extracted but it's not installed anything. I have to put and run it to another folder? Can you help and explain me what I have to do?

This file is not meant to be downloaded and installed by the user.

If autoupdate is not working for your or if it is disabled, run the online installer to update your Opera installation.
