How can I recover my bookmarks?

I saved all my bookmarks in opera clouds for sinhronization. But now I can't download it to my new PC and opera 34. where are my bookmyrks :((

1. What did you do exactly? Have you deleted your old version of Opera?
2. As to synchronisation itself, there's some new service instead of it now. @leocg?

What version of Opera were you using before?

Sync was enabled on previous installation and is enabled on current one?
