Why Is Opera So Unresponsive??? (mostly youtube)

version: 34.0 No extensions, cookies or cache This started for few weeks ago
Whenever i go to any website it lags a bit (like after the page has loaded if i do something like scroll down after 10 seconds it would do that but then after its fine)
But when i goto Youtube i cant even watch a video properly
first it when i start the video it freezes for about 2 seconds then everything becomes very unresponsive like if i want to pause at 2:53 it will normally pause at 2:56 and the pause/play button will freeze in the middle of the video then i move mouse to skip parts of the video it will normally pop-up after 5 seconds and it will take about 30 seconds to skip to where i want it to.
also if im not in full screen my mouse will disappear if i put it anywhere on the youtube page
Plz help I just want to watch YouTube videos

When i go to update opera it says it is up to date?
Why cant i update to version 35? need help -
