Suggestion : Toggle Google search bar and reduce size of speed search icons.

The more I use Opera the more I like it. However :

1 The Google search bar is redundant. Allow it to be toggled in Preferences but shown in the initial setup for a new user.

2 Removing the search bar allows more space for speed search icons.

3 Make those icons smaller so more can fit on a single page without scrolling.

Opera is fast and easy to use. Please don’t kill it with endless new features.

I always wish the Google search bar could be changed into DuckDuckGo or any other search engine of preference. Shouldn`t be so difficult to implement.

Hiding the speed dial search bar has been available for some time - as a "Power User" setting. That is, go to Settings, click on Browser, then type the Konami code, and additional options will be listed.
