Unable to stream Audio Mp3 Files

Hello, please why am not able to stream Mp3 File On All Mp3 Download Website, i try it on my window 8.1 Opera and is just hanging whenever i click on play. i try it on Hip Hop Download and is still the same thing. Please can anyone help?
