Hi, everyone.
I want to increase the disk cache size and I surfed the web for it's solution but didn't find anything.
So, please help me!

Opera does not have an adjustable cache. It uses what it needs and if you want to make it smaller you can clean it out manually using Ctrl+Shift+Del when inside the browser, inside of the settings area or using a third party program like CCleaner or Glary Utilities.

You can try to use the command line --disk-cache-size.
