Is there a way to force the wikipedia search (keyword w) to go to the english wikipedia?
Right now it forces me to the dutch one, despite my PC being english, my Opera language setting being english and english being the only dictionary installed.
I tried editing the default_partner_content.json, but that gives an error.
I'm satisfied if I can just convince Opera that I'm in the uk, I don't care about dutch websites at all.

Opera does detect your actual location; there have been problems before where someone visited a foreign country and Opera ended up thinking it should use that country for its locale when searching ...
In previous versions you could edit the file "Local State" found in your profile (See "About Opera" for the location of your profile), but I think the last time someone tried to change their location Opera identified that the file had been edited and ignored it. Well, I suppose if that happens you're no worse off than you are now.
Find your profile - in most versions of Windows it is hidden by default, so the easiest way is to copy the path from About Opera and then paste it into the Location in a File Manager window (such as My Computer). Once you've found your profile, close Opera. Open the file "Local State", edit it with any text editor (Notepad, Wordpad, etc.). Find where it lists "Location", mine reads:
"location":{"country":"us","country_from_server":"US","timestamp":"1413940012600000000"},
If you want Opera to think you're in the US, you could just replace yours with mine. Alternatively try CA for Canada; I'm not certain whether England should be UK or GB, etc.
