Opera 34 - many tabs in one widnow

Hello,
I have upgrade browser to 34, and maybe i am blind, but i cannot find how to for example, put 4 tabs in 1 window - verticaly or horizontaly. also i am missing left arrow on sidebar, where is it too ?

Please help me and explain ho to manage.
