Hi guys , so i have this problém actually i dont know how to explain this but just look screenshot

and i try opéra béta 35 same problém
yes i can open website and doing all my work but i cant config my browser like you see in screenshot
and i use windows 10 last mise a jours
i hope semone explain me what is this problém and how to fix it

If you click on the globe icon below you can select the French language section, rather than relying on a machine translation.
If you try to drag over the central area, is anything highlighted? I'm trying to decide if the text is too light or is actually missing ...
