Tab switching gesture, tab grouping, Opera to Chrome sync?

Hello,
I am one of those past, ancient users of Opera (ver. 4? 6? I remember it costing money at one point). I gave up on it after it switched engines as there was simply no point using a Chrome clone when I could use Chrome itself, to be honest... I always missed it and never got to like other browsers.
So today, nostalgia got to me and I reinstalled Opera Beta, after years. I am finding it it quite good and I already switched it to my default browser, yet I still have 3 questions about it:
- Tab Switching gesture, with holding the right mouse button and scrolling. I found an old extension, it is not functioning on all the pages (Opera 12-like tab switcher). Are there any better alternatives?
- Tab grouping. I used to drag tabs one above the other and create nice thematic groups, like Work, Games etc. What is the best way to achieve this? Is it possible?
- When I installed Opera, it synced to Chrome. The sync was amazing, I am still logged in almost all my pages, passwords all there and so on. Now, as I am adding new sites&passwords to my Opera account, is there any way to keep them available for Chrome too?
Thank you!

Nope, Opera Blink doesn't have such feature.

Opera doesn't sync to Chrome, it just imports some data from the default browser.

Tab switching and tab grouping sounds great. I hope to see these in Opera in the future.
As for synchronising passwords between browsers, have a look at LastPass. If you would like to have your bookmarks synchronised as well, have a look at Xmarks which is maintained by LastPass. I believe that this is what you are looking for.

Thank you! Hope to see these features soon. Tab Switching should be rather easy to implement, if an addon can do it (badly, however...).

Is Duplicate Tab Down-Up gesture gone as well? No custom gestures at all?

@toyo The people who currently maintain Opera do not seem care much if at all about their users judging from the countless posts all over the internet.
The original developers of Opera are currently developing a new browser called Vivaldi. This browser is in beta now, but it clearly shows that they understand what the users want. Unfortunately, it is not ready to replace our default browser yet, but let us keep our fingers crossed.
